I heard the providers have no control over their profile? Is this true? Meaning...if they don't really do CIM and it's stated as so, that a hobbyist falsely entered that info? Just curious..

The first Hobbyist fills in the info, but other reputable hobbysts who see her often let Admin folks know of wrong information.  But remember ... YMMV and being extra clean helps.

Is click report a problem in our own profiles and tell them what's wrong and they are usually good at correcting the issues quickly.
