   So far all I've experienced is gross incompetence and verbal abuse from the self proclaimed "Assistant Extraordinaire".
The Provider's "assistant" failed to notify me a month ago when Ms Malone had to cancel at the last moment and it cost me the better part of $100 dollars for a hotel room. This time her "assistant" loquaciously castigates me for not knowing I need "book" through "HER" despite fact that Madison and I had been communicating about her upcoming junket to OC and my desire to book prior through PM. In 12 years of hobbying I have never dealt with such an overt shrew and functional incompetent as Ms Malone's "assistant".

  It's been OVER 24 hours of politely, patiently, and understandingly trying in the assistant's 'MANDATED' E-mail and STILL this morning I had NO confirmation from Ms Malone's misandrist functionary. I do have three very long paragraphs of diatribe from her however casting epithets because I didn't know she did not have access to Ms Malone's PM for reasons of TER policy. And now because I did not capitulate to her e-mailed abuse she says she will neither further respond NOR facilitate a booking.    

  I’ve now received veiled threats against me in PM from wannabe tough-guy sycophants of Ms Malone's assistant's misandry since publicly notifying of her abusive demeanor.

  Incompetence that costs the hobbyist real money and then verbal abuse from the same 'Booker' for a hobbyist not being a clairvoyant is certainly an interesting business formula.
