The ones that receive good reviews all seem to be smokers and the reviewers mention that fact in their commentary.  That is a huge turnoff for me. Any non-smokers anyone can recommend?  I saw a girl about three years ago, Olivia, who was to die for, but she is no longer in the business. She was top notch.  Thanks everyone and Happy New Year!
