Don't overdo it. If you're putting your shoulder into it, that's excessive.

How much? It's not done right unless I feel it in the morning lol....

....but the way it's done: otk, doggie, as I walk by etc lol all good with me.
I'm brown skin so it's gonna take a lot to redden my cheeks lol :). Go for it!
