Two providers I've been trying to contact for about 3 weeks: Layla Starr and Raquel.

I have been trying to contact her for about 3 weeks but she has yet to call me back, why is that? I've been decent on the phone when leaving voicemail messages, nothing explicit or vulgar, don't come off as LE (least I don't think so). I've just stated my name, age, what I look like, when I'd like to see her, and fact that I'm no creep/LE and can prove it with being whitelisted, posted reviews, and having multiple girls #'s to vouch for me BUT she still isn't replying . Is there something wrong with my messages or is it on her part?

Other provider is Raquel (ter id 118365, http://cleveland.backpage.com/BodyRubs/gentlemen-u-deserve-to-be-spoiled-too-check-this-out-34/6087849 ) I can't even leave a voicemail message on her phone, it just says her phone is no longer accepting messages at this time. Does anyone have a recent number for her?

It seems to me that if the first lady wanted to contact you she would. It's happened to me to with other ladies and i'm sure it's happened to other guys too. Who knows why she hasn't but i wouldn't sweat it. That's just how some of them are and there are plenty more out there to go see.
Regarding the second one, the link you posted is from May. Did it ever occur to you that she might not be in the biz anymore?
