I would imagine that with the two weeks at the end of the year being flush with holiday days off that TER too doesn't handle their normal workload during this time. I have a review I was planning on submitting but thought it might be best to hold off until after the first of the year when everyone is back running on all pistons again.
Look for my latest Columbus review as ALL of my experiences weren't shitty. I had to make some adjustments in order to make this one experience worthwhile but MAN WAS IT!
