There is a really hot thin busty blond that posts on Backpage.com offering $100 specials. However she doesn't post her name and asks that nothing be discussed by phone. Does anyone know this provider and is this a scam?

I think common sense has to be flexed here, that is a classic backpage bait and switch when you consider the pathetically low donation request. Not to say you were necessarily fooled by it but if all the scams like that were posted as queries on here it would be like 50 posts a day. Unlike most though, that one actually has a TER profile, most of the ripoff ads on there never have reviews.
Again not to be critical, I go on there to browse because of the crappy selection here but I never expect much of anything legit and that is the mindset you have to have when you go on there. I still have not taken the backpage plunge and couldn't feel sorry for anyone who did so in response to an ad that is an obvious TGTBT, trust me, even in the current economy, you don't get that girl pictured for 100.

I have visited some solid providers that I found off of Backpage... But true, there is a lot of trash also... However, I am still new to this, where do you find your providers?
I can't fault you for looking at backpage for providers given the selection around here, which is lacking as far as that perfect 10 type girl, such as the girl in the pic. Eros is the one site I check on a regular basis, there are others, but you can spend all the time in the world checking around here, alot of the time its just not there, just the same mediocre selection.
My advice for a man with high standards as far as looks is learn how to practice discipline,lol,if you can't let a week, or two, or sometimes even a month go by without seeing a provider then you are either going to be ripped off by falling for fake ads on backpage (always plenty of hot pics of girls who don't exist on there) or bending your standards to the point where in the end you are probably going to be disappointed and saying to yourself "man I never would have seen that girl if I lived in Las Vegas or Chicago",lol, after seeing a girl that was borderline.
I can understand a guy wanting to see a girl more than once a weel,or two, or a month, but if your going to let the little head do the thinking then the last place you need to be is backpage,lol. Way too many landmines to dodge.
I think the thing that has kept me off there more than anything in the end is the fact that even if a girl advertised on there was legit and close to or an actually perfect 10, unless she had TER reviews, I would be so scared that I was walking into, well god knows what, that I could never have a good time in the end. I suppose some out there do it for the rush or whatever, but I like to be at ease with no surprises when I do this so walking into something that is as uncertain as a provider advertising on backpage without reviews is just nothing I would find enjoyable.
That's just me. I always figured that the scammers in this region must do much better than places like Chicago or Las Vegas, or New York. With perfect 10 girls aplenty there who are reviewed, I really have no sympathy for someone who would fall for their BS there, at least here the guy can truthfully say that the local selection is so depressing that he lost his mind for a second and fell for a scam.

However, you can shop anywhere, I do, but when I find someone that interests me, I check reviews. Here, and other review sites that I cannot name due to TER rules. There are many quality ladies that use BP, but there is also a lot of trash to sort thru there as well.
The important thing is DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!! I see too many guys whose review list has a lot of disappointments on it. After you read a review, go back and look at the guy's list of reviews and see how he has rated them, that will tell you a lot. I have little sympathy for guys that have several reviews with low scores to their credit, they just don't get it.......So too fuckin bad for them, they are a victim of their own stupidity.
