NS is without contacting is pure BS... You've wasted someone's time and you would not accept that from ANY other business you do business with so why accept that kind of behavior here?
Curious as to what you OH fellow hobbyists think about NS. It seems to happen more often here than anywhere else I have experienced.
Had an appointment with a well reviewed provider, see the ads (2 ads) daily - emails only contact. Day prior sent an email to confirm as I travel from out of town, day of sent a few emails - no response and needless to say - no show.
Sent numerous emails since the day off - still no response. What do you suggest I do...?
although, since she didn't confirm your appointment, i don't know that i'd call it a no-show. I don't show up for unconfirmed appointments, and wouldn't expect a client to show up for one either.
trying to rebook with her affirms her bad behavior. I'm of the opinion that there is never a reason to NCNS, considering all of the communication technology that exists today. Unless she's offering you something to rebook, like a discount or extended time, then I don't know if I would.
NS will happen here and there depends on who you choose etc. Nature of the business things happen if NS and you really wanted to see her I would send a quick hope you are OK and maybe next time type of message and move on. We all from time to time have things that cause a cancellation most of us get it some cannot get over it.
