Hey guys, I'm looking to sneak into the hobby and have spent loads of time trying to find the right girl for me.  Anyone know anything about this lady

Paula is a traveling provider out of California ...... you need to get a little history before a lot of the high quality ladies will see you.  Some will work with you but you may need to give up a little more personal info then you are comfortable with ..... Just to add to what he said, verification sites (P411, DateCheck, RS2K, etc) can help to expedite screening, but a lot of us ladies don't accept memberships to such sites as sole verification (I, for example, require some basic additional info, especially without references). Other ladies have no problem accepting a P411 membership alone. Most will state what info they require in their ads/on their websites.

If your not already a VIP member I would highly suggest joining, if only for a month. One of the better features of being VIP is having the ability to PM reviewers. Whenever I'm planning on seeing someone new I always reach out to a few of the guys (hopefully handles I recognize) to see if there is any info missing from the review. More than once I've decided NOT to see a woman based on these conversations. P411 is a great tool but until you have a few okays you may still have trouble booking the higher end ladies. In my experience the better providers want more info than what 411 provides. By that I mean 411 tells a lady you are who you say you are but the okays tell hem that you were a good client, I'm pretty sure they can contact each other to find out more if they need to. I started by seeing newbie friendly providers which meant I had to give up some personal info. (work info, real name, etc.) I'm single so I wasn't too worried about it plus with the help of TER I was as confident as one can be about the ladies being legit. Once you get a few okays it becomes much easier to see the ladies you would like. Some will still require additional info, everyone screens differently. Give as much info out as you are comfortable with but do your research first so you know your info is in good hands.
       Paula is a great choice, and her reviews (mine included) are very accurate. I thought I saw somewhere (can't remember the source) that she had moved to PA but I could be wrong on that. Either way she was traveling to Cbus fairly frequently, but I haven't seen an ad for her in month (maybe more). Guess we are due for a visit??? Tobi (BCG) is another fantastic provider who I had the great fortune of meeting when she was first starting out. I actually first started conversing with her on the newbie board and that quickly went on to email conversations. Being based out of Cincy she comes to Columbus often, just keep your eye on her website and the OH ad board here. As she stated above she will screen the hell out of you but its worth it (IMHO). Tobi seems to genuinely want to create a connection with her clients and the experience is that much better because of it.  
     I guess my advice would be to see a few ladies that are newbie friendly so you have a few references that can vouch for you. They may not be your first choice but that doesn't mean you won't have a great time. Once you get a few okays the sky is the limit. The great thing about being in Cbus is that Cincy and Cleveland are both relatively close. If a knockout provider is traveling to a city other than ours its not the biggest pain in the ass to go see them.  
    One last thought, write reviews. First off your paying it forward for the next guy. Secondly, most of the experienced hobbiest are reluctant to share too much info with an unknown individual. For example, I haven't mentioned anything about either of the ladies you mentioned that you can't find by reading reviews or searching the boards. Good luck, play safe, and have fun!!! Plenty of right girls in ohio, agreed.  Right for me is smokin hot, well reviewed, very clean and very discreet.  Bad college is in the process of verifying me.  I hope it all goes well because she is georgeous and from her reviews and a few emails seems to be an awesome awesome chick.  Did i mention she is smokin hott.  You guys already know this.
