As the article reads, the reason that the police were made aware of the establishment was EMS had to respond to a drug overdose call earlier this year at this business.
What kind of idiot keeps operating an illegal business in the same location after the city has been invited in.

I'm even amazed that all the girls on bp put a sign in their ads that say, blah blah blah "you agree that you aren't involved with law enforcement or its entrapment"......this does nothing for the girls if it happens to be a police & you do or intend to do or talk about doing an illegal service with them.....& I get so amazed at all the guys who call & say "are you a cop, cuz if you are you have to tell me, you can't lie to me" YES THEY CAN!!!! THIS IS HOW THEY GET YOU!!!!! (btw, it's a line out of the movie 'blow' meant to make ya laugh by showin the mentality of someone wen they are high).
Once I refused to answer this question, the guy got mad & didn't come to my room,after planning this for a week, he had driven almost 2 hours to see me & finaly was siting in the parking lot. And he refused to understand the reason I wudn't answer, cuz I seriously cudn't believe a person who isn't involved with law enforcement would believe by my answering no meant he was safe. Therefore I felt if I answered no, this was implying I was intending to do something illegal with him (& hell no I wasn't about to let someone have me recorded on the phone tricking me into aggreeing to intend to do something illegal).
And....if they've actually called & gotten a female cop on the phone, just by them asking that question is meaning that they are intending to do something illegal.
And....every single person who asks me that question, always, I'm serious always follows with.....asking me something explicit like I'm wanting greek....or they will automatically tell me they arent affiliated with law enforcement, so now they want me to go into detail of wat services an escort provides......
And I truly don't understand the guys who get mad cuz they can't get you to agree to do illegal stuf with them over the phone or via text......
If your going to play, play safe, ya just need some basic common sense.....
Guys don't understand that even when we use a public site like BP, the service on there is suppose to be a legal one.....that's why we can advertise there......and when ya call no one knows who you are, so why why why wud you ask if they will do an illegal service????? That's what reviews are for.....for the life of me I can't comprehend anyone calling saying they've read my reviews then outright ask me if I will do greek with them, usually via text, then threaten me if I dnt answer....

Some old guy running a brothel out of an office building! Took credit cards and had johns sign waivers that they were not cops.
Second part first - YOU CAN SIGN WAIVERS ALL DAMN DAY LONG!!! ILLEGAL ACTS CANNOT BE MADE LEGAL BY SIGNING A CONTRACT.
Now the first part. The "johns" R being contacted by the cops thru the use of their credit cards and other info.
If you are going to play best to stick with Independents and pay cash.
