I am considering a visit the week of fourth of July. Wondering if you have recommendations for decent hotels not too far from the airport? Any that may have a Shuttle? Hope to be seeing you!

There are lots of great hotels by the airport; it just depends on your budget. Just be very careful and thorough with screening. LE can be a problem around that area.  

Almost all hotels around the airport offer shuttle service to and from the airport. Just realize that the airport isn't in the actual city of Cleveland. If you want to get to Cleveland for entertainment purposes, you'll need transportation. There's literally nothing to do around the airport.

You could take the Rapid (subway) from the airport to the Terminal Tower downtown for $2.25 then use any of the hotels in the Indians/Cavs/Casino area.
