New to the hobby!  Looking for newbie friendly providers and references!  All ideas appreciated!

Preferred411 profiles often say if they are newbie friendly, but I don't know if you have to be a paying member to look at profiles or not.  Maybe try looking at DateCheck too.  Read reviews on established ladies in your area.  Not being from Ohio, where I assume you are, I have no knowledge of the local ladies.  Just be sure you stick to well-reviewed ladies, NOT beginners.

When you look at a profile with a lot of reviews, look at the reviewers' list of reviews.  If he has a lot, send him a PM and ask him if he knows if any of the ones he reviewed are newbie friendly.  If you don't have VIP membership, cough up the $ and get at least a month, it will be worth it because w/o VIP, you can't see her cost, ratings, or read the juicy details of the review.

would be to try setting something up with a agency that tours through. Agencies are usually pretty easy to set up a date with and you can then use them as a reference. Some indpendents don't accept references from agencies but most do.

You might have to give the agency some work information, although I sometimes suspect if they even check it, there have been a couple agencies I have dealt with who I have given references to (indpendent girls and other agencies and not my employment) and I have just had this feeling they didn't even contact them. You can trust that any well reviewed provider or agency has their ways or verifiying you through work with some discretion, they have experiance doing it after all.

It can be a real catch 22 in the beginning, hopefully you won't have too much trouble.

A well thought out page, should give you an idea as to a provider's 'newbie friendliness'.

If the lady is reputable, you can bet they will check work references in lieu of provider references.

Some ladies do not accept work references, but I am not sure as to the percentage.
