I found this on a provider website and was looking through her etiquette page and this part was towards the bottom part of that page (fully shown below).
I find this part "(If not paid within 7 days blacklisting will be Necessary.)", a form of blackmail.
Do you agree or not agree?
I had a situation years ago when I had to cancel a session about 8 hours prior the session due to an emergency situation at work (I was on call that week) and I could not get out of that situation.
This provider was understanding of my situation and rescheduled me the next day, we had a ton of fun that day! No threats of blackmail or anything of that sort from that provider.
There's nothing on that section (shown below) if the provider cancels the session or is a No Show No Call. How is the hobbyist taken care of in that situation?

I have cut and pasted verbatim including any misspellings. (I know the word 'cancellation is misspelled with only one 'L')
CANCELATION POLICY:
I understand that things come up and at times cancelations need to be made, however, like any business, I do enforce a cancelation policy. It is simple, if a client cancels within 12 hrs. Before the booking, he will be required to pay a $100 cancelation fee. (Payable by credit card or a Refill Card. contact me for type and instructions) - This fee will need to be paid before the client can book the next time. (If not paid within 7 days blacklisting will be Necessary.)
No Call No Show Policy:
I understand that life gets busy and things come up and you may have forgot our arrangement. However, if a client cannot call to cancel and misses his appointment, he will be required to pay the booking in full. (Payable by credit card or a refill Card. contact me for type and instructions) - This fee will need to be paid before the client can book again. (If not paid within 7 days blacklisting will be Necessary.)
Why in the world would you want to hang out with someone with an attitude like this.
