Either of the ladies above have been consistently professional for years.  I have not had the pleasure of meeting either personally, but we have conversed on a couple of occasions and they were both responsive and professional.  The not being able to meet has been on my schedule issues and not their doing.  Some day I'm sure that the stars will align.
