Those are paragraph breaks.  They show up that way when you read your own reviews, but when they are published the graph breaks are formatted.

Guys why are their numbers around the dirty parts of our reviews.   Such as these {13}{13}

Noticed it when one of my reviews was unapproved, what's up with that?  Like someone is collecting data.
