I was out of the hobby for about 4 yeas and I've been back in the hobby for about a year.  These days the majority of my tours are UTR.  When I toured years ago I stayed in Independence. From what I remember it was a nice, clean and safe area with lots of food options.  Has anything changed? Is It still a good place to stay?

What other areas are good to tour?  I'm open to suggestions!
