Can an out-of-town provider post something that she is considering a tour of Ohio, especially in the Big Cs. She wants to get some feedback from guys from the Big Cs to guage the areas for her decision to make an Ohio tour or not.

I don't see why she couldn't post something to see if there's an interest. I've done this before and never had an issue. You might want to check the rules and regulations page, just to make sure though.
