I believe I responded to this request three months ago. When in the Cleveland area, you would want to be in Independence, off 480 and 77. Plenty of hotels to select with free parking. Clients from Akron, far east and west side have easy access with no paid parking!!
For Cincinnati I would suggest Blue Ash, Mason or the West Chester areas. All are upper middle class/suburban office type areas. I would avoid Sharonville, a common place for the girls who would be on Backpage. Parking in downtown Cincinnati could set one back 10-15, but the parking spaces might not be as safe if one drives a really nice car.
Columbus downtown is a parking pain plus traffic can also be an issue. Plus you have to pay to park - possibility a paper trail that I want to avoid Worthington or Polaris are easy to get to right off the Columbus freeway. Hotels are clean and safe plus parking is free.
