Two part question.

1) Has anyone seen this girl Amy? (She's pretty much my dream girl if she's legit.) I did the usual checks. No reviews, but no tineye.com hits, either. Googling her number shows some ads with a girl who looks pretty much the same.

I called her and learned she only does outcall (which I couldn't do right then). She also said she does outcall because it's safer from LE. She said she'd been "busted" once before and was just giving me a tip.

2) Is that true? Is outcall considered safe? If so? Does anyone have recommendations of hotels around Cincy that are cheap and would be good for this sort of thing?

I have not seen Amy in Cincy as I'm in C-Bus, but I have some thoughts on outcall service.

An outcall is generally safe from LE.  It is hard to guarantee the LEO's safety doing an outcall so they just refrain from doing it.  They would have no idea what to expect going into a home or room that they do not have under their control so you will never see LE doing outcalls.  However, that should not be your biggest worry.  Outcalls are where the "cash and dash" scams work best for the acting providers.  Also if they only offer outcall be weary, if they don't want you to know where they hang then they may be up to something.

With incall it's the other way around, less likely of a scam but more of a chance for LE.  First, if it's at a hotel/motel, look for an adjoining room door.  This is where LE hide, in the adjoining room.  If you see an adjoining room door be very cautious and step lightly into your session.  If I'm seeing someone for the first time for an incall, I don't put the donation anywhere, at least not by itself.  It "falls out of my pocket" or I "empty my pockets" and lay it on the table with my keys, watch, change, or whatever I have in my pockets.  I make sure I have 2 or 3 things to lay down with my donation as I'm just getting comfortable and laying down on the bed with nothing in my pockets.  Make sure the room looks lived in, if there is nothing laying around and the beds are made turn around and walk out because she's planning a cash and dash.  This is probably not the room she stays in but the room she lures you to.  Last but not least, and the most used, get her as much undressed as possible before donating, LEO's can only go so far.

Learn how to Priceline effectively and go across the river to Covington...it is safer from LE.

I agree, it is not really a matter of downtown Cincy being a super hot spot for LE, you hear of busts every now and then but not constantly, its just that across the river in NKY it is no threat at all at this stage, never heard of a bust in NKY.

Intell on another board claimed that those pics in the ad are of a pornstar Autumn Riley. Stupid scammers, I would steer clear of that one.

Dude was right about outcall, the police are not interested in going to you, as a provider or hobbyists. Those busts always have command centers and are operations that they like to be able to have control over, as dude said.

I've said on a number of occasions, and personally believe wholeheartedly through observation, that the providers are the ones that really have to stay on guard for LE. Outside of LE stings involving nabbing those who hobby on the streets, where a lady cop acts like a SW and they get guys to take the bait, I don't believe I have ever heard of guys being picked up in hotel stings. When they are they were the girls drivers, pimps, boyfirend,etc. Not to say it shouldn't be something you should be on guard for to a point, but you have much more of a chance to be jumped or mugged by someone from one of these questionable ads than it end up being LE, well that and of course the typical bait and switch or ripoff.

The girl was giving you a line of BS, seeing as she has pics that are fake. Some girls might just have their belief about things, like the fact that some girls think they can get out of getting busted by posting disclaimers on their ads or having a client sign something, but in this case the provider wants it to be an outcall because she will easily be able to run out the door or give you some BS story about going out to her car to get covers,etc, then she leaves. Or her punk BF comes in and robs you.

I always think incall is the better defense against any of that, though it doesn't guarantee anything. These scammers don't want you to know where they live so they don't want you to come to them. And in the case of an incall at a hotel, they can't very well take off and leave the hobbyists in the hotel room, if its under their name how do they know the guy won't get pissed and trash the hotel room or something. Some of them will do that I suppose, I read a review one time that involved a guy who got a cash and dash run on him by a provider, he claimed to have plugged the hotel sink and bathtub and flooded the hotel room. Pretty balsy, I had a laugh at that I admit, however the tab for that will more than likely be picked up by the poor hotel owner, the guy wrote it as he thought the scammers would have to pay. Again, the scammers like to try to escape without a trace.

Stay on the NKY side of the river to be totally safe. Seeing a well reviewed provider in a downtown Cincy hotel should not be a problem for you really.
