The new End Demand bill that will no doubt be voted into law will  

*remove knowledge of age as a defense in soliciting minors

*make soliciting a minor (or developmentally challenged person) a 3rd degree felony

*anyone who solicits (or trafficks) a child to be registered as a tier II sex offender

Also, an amendment to ease burden of proof, and remove compulsion from the equation...  If a worker is underage, it is considered trafficking.
