LOL   I see the girl in the background.... Hum... if I was a EMT  she could be a diabetic. really not sure with out asking.. but I have never seen one shoot , I meat inject themselves in the hand or she could be pinching her side and we just can not see that.

My dad was diabetic, I would say that insulin is not what she is injecting.
