Call her.  Usually you can tell by the conversation if she is legit.  You need to be more concerned with someone ripping you off more than LE on Eros.

Then go with well reviewed providers. Because they're willing to pay for an ad on Eros does not mean you will be greeted at the door by the person in the photos (even if they're Eros Authenticated).  

Agree that it is less likely to be LE because of the cost (they usually troll BackPage) and I have been lucky enough to find some quality ladies on Eros, but then again, I've been at this a while.
