Newbie curious about a few things

I've read a lot of info on this site for a while and finally signed up for a VIP.  This week I plan on using one of the verification sites.  I'm very nervous about my first experience so I was wondering:
If the provider's site doesn't mention anything about the verification sites or have their own screening page how do they generally screen?
In the Reviews why do some say NEW even though there are some that are newer and don't have that?  I've seen some say NEW almost a month old.
Also, what should I expect from the screening of agencies?

any info is much appreciated
thanks

I live in NYC and have never used one of those verification sites. Usually agency and independent escorts will typically ask for provider references or work information as a screening device. For instance, providers whom you have seen before who can vouch for you that you are a safe client or a call to your work place to a general phone line or office secretary asking a quick and brief question of your name or position or sometimes they do a reverse phone look up to see if your name is associated with a particular number you gave her or the agency.
As far as new reviews are concerned, when a review is first posted by a hobbyist the "NEW" symbol will appear next to the reviewer's name until 14 days and then it will dissapear. However when a new and previously unreviewed provider gets her first review you will see on the search page the "New" symbol next to the escort's name indicating that the the provider is a new escort with her first review on the site which should last for about 30 days and then that symbol should then dissapaear.

provided she has TER reviews. Also ask her if she's ok with you writing a review of her. Remember always to be respectful and polite with your lady friends. It goes a long way in building a good reputation with the ladies.
