No. Don't ever "assume" anything.  Read, uh that is READ the reviews of the provider you're considering.  If you don't have VIP membership, buy it.  The money you spend on it will be money saved, and a great time had down the road.  If you don't take the first few steps to heart, you're going to get taken (or perhaps worse).

This is not a hobby that you jump into and not consult the instructions. There is such a wealth of information afforded a VIP membership it is shortsighted stupidity to not make the modest investment.
