If you just filled out the form yesterday and she is asking for more info., at least she is working on it. Sounds like you probably have no provider references so she has to check other info., that could take another day or so. You could move on, but don't burn your bridges. If you don't have any references you are going to have a slow or no start with many providers, seems this one is at least trying to verify you. Be patient...at least another day, let us know if it works out.
