Feeling a little frustrated,....I'm new at this and have no references to give the girls...Any suggestions???????
Basically there are two or three strategies:
The first is to join one of the verification services such as Room Service or Date Check.
The next is to use agencies who generally do not require references and then see if you can get any of those escorts to start giving you references. (They don't always however.)
My suggestion is to write a sincere email to the provider you wish to see explaining your situation and be generous with personal information such as work and home phone numbers and addresses. This will often convince a provider that you are making an attempt to meet her screening requirements. Be sure the letter is grammatical and well composed. Have someone who is good at editing help you if you can.

Then get VIP & read the full reviews of likely dates. How it works, what to expect.
Read their web site twice. Follow the instructions. THEN call or message a prospect. Do not mention any s*x act, or donation. DO be honest about being new. Give them enough info to verify you are who you say. Sometimes I offer to meet them in a neutral place... rarely taken up on, but I think it helps.

I'm a newbie too! I read a lot on the newbie board and suggestion reads and what I did was take the nice peoples advice. I found a local well reveiwed provider and sent her a nice long email telling her I was a first time rookie with no references. I told her a lot about me and gave her good reliable info on me that she could check out. We emailed a few times and then a great blocked phone call from her (she asked if she could call) and we were like instant pals. Now I have one really good reference and am trying to set up my second provider the same way. Good luck!!
