time settings are on and change it to the correct time.  If you haven't done that, then you are probably set on some time zone other than the one you are actually in and your posts will reflect what time it posted in the time zone that your time settings are on rather than the time zone you are actually in.

Just every once in a while, it will say 8:00 sharp. I have seen it on other usernames too.
