The phone number on my ter page is wrong and I can't seem to change it.
Also, I am still getting emails from ter to my old email address . On my account page , the new email address is on there yet I'm not getting emails to that address.

Tell TER staff what you just said here. They will make the updates. While TER staff does monitor these discussion boards they won’t use a board post to make changes to your account You need to contact them directly.
By the way, after you send them a “contact us” message, check your “my feedback” page for their response. It may take 2 to 3 days for them to get back to you, but that is where you find your answer. Sometimes they will ask you for more information.
If you have more general questions, ask them here on the newbie board, but for direct feedback from TER, contact them directly.

If you have an ad that is not in your profile, report it to TER. In Gray's case, she has a Slixa ad that has her new email address as well as her new phone number. The ad is the "proof" TER needs that her email address and phone number have changed.
