Since you're new you won't have references. Do a search on this board to see what to do. Search using the word "screening" or "P411", or "references". Search "Self-Help Center" too. You will find lots of information.

You are right about the catch-22, but we all had to deal with it when starting out.  Just be patient.  Not sure what you mean by high-end providers, but you might want to lower your sights a bit until you get some references.  There are some great providers out there who do not demand top dollar donations.
