That should give you Free Limited VIP (for Providers with an active Profile). You should be able to use PM (Private Message) and enjoy a few other benefits (but I don't remember the whole list).

EDIT: Some Providers pay for Full VIP so they can read the Juicy Details of potential clients. They can use it as a form of screening, as a way to assess to see if there will be good chemistry with the client, and so on. In the past, if a guy was stingy with his scoring (regardless of his verbal exuberance), he might have gotten turned down out of fear of getting any score other than a 10. You can try it out by paying monthly for a while and then decide.
