I can't find how to make a profile on here, im curious did I sign up as provider or client?

request TER to link that to your TER handle then you can get a free limited vip account.  Limited vip account is only for providers

When it's approved, TER will assign you an ID number.  You signed up as a member, you are not identified as a provider until you get a review.  When you do get one, you can ask admin to link it to your handle as well as getting limited VIP membership.  That will allow you to read the juicy details of your reviews, but not those of others, for that you must pay for VIP.
