I asked TER for help with this but I'm now thinking that maybe it's me.  

Apparently, I'm supposed to click on TER Messenger in the upper right hand corner (I am NOT saying how long it took me to find that lol, very embarrassing) to install it, then I'll be able to use Chat.

However, when I click on TER Messenger, nothing happens.  I've tried two different PCs and browsers.  Nothing.

 
What am I doing wrong?

You are not the only one. I am feeling pretty silly here as well lol

I couldn't do this on my phone, iPad or desktop but it worked on my laptop.  

And now I'm available on Chat With a Provider.
