I just found out I’ve been charged for every month of the VIP subscription since cancelling in December. Do you guys know if TER is good about refunds?
You can also, assuming you have some documentation about the cancellation, go to your CC company and dispute the charges. Might not be able to get all back but I think at a minimum you can dispute charges made up to 90 days prior. Recurring payments might allow a longer period.
