Explain your situation. Admin may or may not delete the review.

The other way is to edit it and delete all text in both "general" and "detailed" narratives and resubmit. That should cause admin to reject the review (if not yet approved).

go into your review and simply edit EVERYTHING out, and resubmit it. TER will deny the review and that will be the end of it, but you have to move quickly, once your review is approved it's unlikely they will allow you to do anything about it.

If the edit window is gone and the review is approved it is too late. At that point you can attempt what Onlylivetwice said, but TER will most likely deny that request,  unless you have a damn good reason.
