I am a member of P411. I have two providers who have vouched for me. This has been in the last month. I was trying to get verified by an escort who adversities on P411 that she only requires one provider to have vouched for you. My P411 screening wasn't enough. She wanted more recent providers. There haven't been any and the two that vouched for me were very recent at least in my pocketbook, So I am not sure about spending money to be verified and then it not be accepted.
Nothing is foolproof but P411, DC, etc raise the odds a lot. Since I reached the basic +3 stage on them a while back I'm not sure I've ever needed any other references. I've been turned down as you have occasionally, but very infrequent.
There are plenty of providers that screen using other methods. If you're opposed to screening services, there's still a way to pop your provider cherry. Stay diligent and find a reliable and reviewed provider that will screen using different stuff.
