Your ter profile # is generated after your first review. Until then you do not have a profile #.  To see if you have a review, go to reviews, then search reviews, and then put your city, name, ph# and see what happens. If nothing comes up you probably haven't been reviewed.  Hang in there, many new clients and providers mention difficulty navigating the site, eventually you'll get the hang of it.
