Use an online image hosting site similar to imagecoast after loading your image there, copy the photo URL to TER.

your pics to an image hosting site. To post a pic in an ad or anywhere else, it has to have its own URL. There are several sites you can use, imagecoast seems to be very popular. Once you have uploaded your pics, you simply put the URL in the correct box on your post, and you're good to go.
Read the self help center, it will help you along. Also, search this forum for info on posting pics. Swim
