I am  not a newbie and have posted many ads, I have been a TER VIP member for more than a year..... but for some reason I my ad has been Bumped and I am asked to attach a TER logo.....I do not remember adding a TER logo to past ads......but if thats what I have to do..............  

you want to do about this.  The banner you put on your site has to link directly to TER in order for it to be accepted by admin.  Look in the provider ad posting section for help on your problem.

...The TER logo, banner, what have you needs to be on your website. First or second page. Then your ads will be ok. As swim said check the Self-Help Center. Provider Ad Posting Guidelines.
