I just registered as a PROVIDER but TER continues to register me as someone who would leave reviews. I am a PROVIDER that need to receive reviews. Can someone please help me out?

Your first reviewer fills in your profile.  You use the "contact us" link to send a link to the admin.   Doing so gets you FREE limited VIP so you can see your own reviews and use the TER message system.

And a suggestion from an old hand: be very stingy about how often you use the angry-devil emo. I understand your frustration, but it's off-putting when a newbie uses it too readily.
