But the submit review page just keeps telling me:

"The form is incomplete! Please fill out all required fields!"

 Honest too god; I've been at the computer for an hour checking & rechecking every last "field required" I've even cleared the whole lott out and started a-new. I'm not a Newb to computers or filling out these type things.

Look for two red asterisk next to each field. That will tell you which fields are required to be filled out.

on this has always been that "it's made difficult to keep bogus reviews to a minimum".

Phone numbers and websites are examples. Try different formats for entering the information and get the URL for the lady's site or ad right. The URLs for ads on Escort malls are problematic because the URL is not always obvious. My first review was kicked back multiple times before I got the format for fields right.

I'm confident the onerous effort required to submit an approvable review was designed with a built-in policing effort. This adroit forethought is to Staff's credit.

It would seem by the notation that HH’s dedicated effort hs been rewarded

I had a similar issue when trying to resubmit my review due to not enough explicit details.  The cause was in the Cost of services section, where when I select one of the categories, the type did not appear, so I just opened a new review, and copied the text into the boxes. Just resubmitted so hopefully there is now enough juicy details for the reviewers of the reviews to allow it.
