Does anybody have the patience to walk me through uploading a photo??

...then your photos will have a url. Copy/paste the photo url (it's the stuff in the address bar when you're looking at the photo.) into the picture url box at the bottom when you are creating a post. You will need to delete the http:// that TER has placed there before you paste your url into it. When you're finished click "post message" and your photo will be in your post.
