Cant figure out how to become listed as a provider and such---please advise

with gentlemen who are members here, simply mention to them that you wouldn't mind if he wrote a review for you. You might offer to whitelist him also. You might also mention it before you or the gentleman leaves at the end of your date.

Start posting on your local board and get active. The reviews will come when the guys get to know who you are.

Just remember not to offer anything in return for a review. That is definitely against the rules.
