I can't get on p411 as I don't have enough reviews. But I can't get more TER traffic without being "highly reviewed"!!! Argh!
It's an evil cycle! How do girls tackle this without/before joining agencies? There should be a list of hobbyist willing to "TOFTT"

Advertizing on your local board will get the guys familiar with you (1 ad per 7 days).  Be sure any links you use conform to the rules.  You will be moderated as all Newbies are, so allow 24 hours for an ad to go up.  After a month or so & some TER traffic, request to be unmoderated on the board you post on most.
You can also post & reply on other boards as long as you stick to the discussion topic & not try to sneak in an ad (which will get moved to your local board & count as your ad for the week).  Or get you moderated again.
Getting familiar with a provider can offset some lack of reviews.

Your review is from a first time reviewer which still makes you a little of an unknown quantity. As said just hang in there, post as much as you can on the boards which will let guys get to know you and more willing to TOFTT. Once you get a review from a reviewer with other reviews things will start falling into place.

My ATF had a simiar problem, she wanted to get on p411, not enough reviews.  I contacted the admin., explained the situation, verified my reviews with them(I was a p411 member), and they allowed her a "membership".  Would have to get a hobbyist that would do this for you.  I had seen this girl many times already.

Today was a much better day! I got to do a hot double with Adel Anderson (TER ID 122026), ATF to a TER member!!! But of course he's a TER member who never writes reviews! Anyhow the hot session made up for EVERYTHING! I can't complain!!!

Then one of my regulars bought me an iPad2 for my birthday! (Yes, I NEEDED to brag about this!)

And for icing on the cake, I came home to all of your encouraging words! Moreover, I'm a HUGE FAN of real constructive criticism! I believe in feedback and feed-forward! As such, I am booking a new photo-shoot RIGHT NOW! It's time for new photos. Those are from June. My first shoot was with a portrait photographer. Makes sense that onward I need to hire someone in the adult entertainment field!

Anyhow, in total, you guys sure do know how to lift a girl's spirits!

I don't feel your pictures show enough.  Guys are very visual.  Your pictures are your main selling point.  I don't feel pictures need to be explicit but they need to show ME a variety of views & a variety of dress & undress so that in total, I can be confident of what you look like...   I don't feel that I can say that now.  
There are guys for every body type, it's better to have clients who are truely attracted to you than guys who are disappointed.

I don't feel a pro photo shoot is totally necessary.  A skilled amatuer can turn oout some very good photos.  A Professional Photographer in the age of film told me the trick of great photography was to burn film, take lots of shots looking for the one great one.  With digital, it doesn't even cost anything!  Then the trick is to select the best.

Adelle knows what she is doing & could be a good mentor to you.    Though we've never had the privledge, we have friends in common.

It takes time, and no, you don't have to join an agency.. I didn't. Keep posting your weekly ads on here, post ads on any site you can find, Google, 'Independent escorts in xyz city', and a ton of sites will come up.. you can never be on too many sites. Later, when you've established yourself, you can pick & choose what sites work for you & which ones to kick to the curb. Research to see if your city has a local board, as many do, & even though BP is a pain in the a**, there are guys on there who do review.. it just takes time. Be patient

I am in the same situation Katie--I just recently went indy after being with an agency for a while so I'm completely a nobody where the community is concerned lol..I am too finding it is a catch 22 and its really frustrating! I have changed the layout of my website 3 times in the past 2 weeks to see if that was the problem LOL!
