how do i post a providers ad on the discussion board for a 411

Copy the URL and past it in at the bottom where it says link URL.

Are you asking how to 'copy' her ad on a board? Just click on the ad, copy from the navbar, and paste into your body. Make sure it is a regional board though and not one of the main discussion forums, or it will be removed.

providing she follows the ad guidelines stated in the self help center.  It has to be posted on the regional ad board, not the regional board.  If you are looking for information, or someone, post on the ISO board as previously mentioned.  But, remember to be specific as to area you are searching.
