Can I ask a provider for there medical records????

you'd prob be shown the door or hung up on.  (and the word is their, not there).  Not a smart idea.  Any quality provider will keep herself disease free, esp if it's her sole source of income.

By the way, I presume you'd be bringing a set of your health records along to the session as well?
