P411 is not accepting new providers Hilo’s how do to advertise on TER?

but I don't know how detailed TER wants provider ads to be. I think the ad pages are more about announcing availability in various markets rather than being a full blown ad service.

 
Generally that would be information you put on your own webpage/web ad. The TER reviews then will also provide the information TER uses to create your profile. Once the profile is create you can work with TER to address any shortcomings, change or errors in the profile created when the first review was submitted. The reviewer will define what services were either offered or experienced but you have to have a review submitted by a client (offer any type of benefit for doing so though as that can get you banned from the site).
