Not seeing a direct search parameter for couples. (noticed "two-girl action" and "bring other provider", but those aren't quite the same).
There are a few of those couples reviews out there, but no real way to search. Now that you know Critter, you can check out their reviews. You might just ask on the Vegas board. You can also try posting on the 'In Search Of' board.

I will assume that a good duo review with one M and two Provider Fs (M + F + F; really bi, not just sharing the M one at a time with no F-F contact) would be a sign of a potentially good MF (couple) + F experience.
How to search duos? One way is the set your other criteria (city, age, etc.) and enter "AND" in the NAME field. You will get several incorrect hits for "amANDa", "cANDy" and so on, but you will also the "Name1 AND Name2" hits.
If those reviews read well, maybe Name1 OR Name2 would be will to meet you (MF couple).
