Some ladies will whitelist any guy they think deserves it without being asked, others will be happy to do so if you ask. Some wait until they have seen you several times and you have proven yourself trust worthy and others don't believe in whitelisting anyone.
When you are getting ready to leave your provider, ask if she would give you a whitelist referral. She will either say yes, no, or something like 'after our next encounter'.
...(an ok if you will) for the client. A provider can't white list another provider. A client can't white list a provider. The positive review of the session left by the client is her referral.
Thought I'd add her there are some ladies on TER that are clients of providers. They have written some reviews. They just like their male counterparts can be white listed by the providers they see.
