I was not feeling imaginative that day - I really didn't put any thought into it.  Under "edit profile" it looks like you can change everything except the username.  Help, please.

I have done it.    As I remember it, you go to edit profile and click on to the user name at the top until it is blocked up and then erase and change, then make the appropriate communication on the bottom showing that you want to edit your profile

I have tried many times.  When I first register I mistakenly use my pet dog name Jadiegirl as my User Name.  Since I am a male hobbyist this has lead to misunderstanding as to my gender.  As I result, I post under alias Jadie.  I have tried at least 3 times to get TER support to make the change.  I have been so far unsuccessful from even getting a reply.

I still thought Jadie was a female (sorry).  Why can't you just sign up again using a new name?  You only have 1 review anyway (and nobody can see it anyway).

Certainly, Jadie is more ambiguous with respect to gender than Jadiegirl.  I recently tried signing up as Jadie after letting my VIP membership end.   It would not let me do it since it recognizes my e-mail address and other information as belonging to Jadiegirl .  The reason for only one review is that I can’t use my alias Jadie to write a review. As a result of that one review I had more than few inquire as whether I am a provider.

You also miss the point that Kornlover suggestion on how to change your handle is incorrect.

Yes, I have changed mine.  I e-mailed support and they asked for 3 choices and I was able to get the first choice.
