Now just write to TER administration and ask for permission to access the board.

It should be pretty much automatic.

But I guess they want to know that you have posted on the boards and you can behave yourself. Lol.
Best thing is to contact them and ask for access. Access is not automatic like mrfisher said, but they will either tell you yes or no. If yes, then you are in. If no, they will probably tell you why. If it's lack of posting history, then start posting more on regional and general boards and ask again in a month. Good luck.

You have the reviews, but do you have a sufficient posting history to show you can follow the site rules?  If not, follow the advice and start posting on your regional board.  You said you requested admission to the RO board, good, let us know if you get accepted.
